About

Hey. I’m Jen.

I tend to stay pretty busy. In addition to my day job, I am active with family, my faith community, and my community at large. I hold a passion for justice, social equity, inspiring others to think and act with love, and of course, reading and writing. I guess I’m strange…I enjoy the entire writing process from the birth of an idea, a ‘plot bunny’, writing, editing, revising, cover design – literally, the entire process. I have been writing and crafting stories and characters for as long as I can remember, and I look forward to the day when my book(s) will reside on the shelves of readers.

I am an advocate for people who, like me, have Meniere’s Disease. Meniere’s Disease is primarily a condition of the inner ear and eye, causing a variety of symptoms affecting hearing, balance, and day to day function. I created a support group on Facebook for people who have Meniere’s Disease and their families. I, along with 3 superheroes, moderate the group to maintain safety and confidentiality. If you or someone you know is surviving with Meniere’s Disease and would like to find a supportive, international community of people who are also surviving, you can find the group here.
